  • Maintain the Association bank account.

  • Sign checks for the Association.

  • Collect and record dues and report to the secretary on any default dues.

  • Prepare an annual financial statement for distribution to members.

  • Prepare a functional budget by February 1 of each year for the upcoming fiscal year.

  • Be required to present a written report of his/her activities at each. Board of Directors meeting.

  • Turn over all Association records to his/her duly elected successor within 30 days of the completion of his/her term of office.

  • Actively seek out corporate sponsorships.

  • Serve for TWO years
