Excellent Opportunity for Veterinary Technicians!
Responsibilities include resolving consumer and customer issues and concerns,
managing issues/cases by utilizing cross functional teams to investigate,
analyze and resolve issues, and assuring appropriate departments are notified
and participate in the investigation, closure and corrective action of issues.
Licensed Veterinary Technicians with hospital or clinic experience are
preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in related
work is preferred (customer service, technical services, consumer relations,
human resources/services, animal hospital or clinic).
